Quality Control

The main stages of manual sorting:

– before starting the sorting of an o-ring / part, the quantity indicated on the delivery
note is checked by weighing;
– the quality control employee carries out an Aql on the goods and checks for defects
with customer data sheets available in the archive;
-the material is subdivided to the operators who begin the sorting independently;
– intermediate sample check carried out by the RCM;
– at the end of the work, the QCA carries out a further inspection and isolates the
defective pieces in closed bags with a special identification tag;
– the goods are packaged as per instructions provided by the customer;
– delivery to the customer is arranged.
